I awoke Sunday morning to what I thought would be a normal day....I went online to find parts of the "World Concert" that I missed, namely, The Duet with Celine Dion, Lang, Lang, Lady Gaga and John legend and Andre Bocellli...singing "The Prayer" not knowing that song, that prayer, would be needed for many on that tragic day. 

Saturday evening/Sunday April 18/19 th will be forever etched in Nova Scotia's history as one of it's most horrific.....bloodiest and saddest days. What could make a seemingly normal person turn into a vicious, murdering monster.......and of so many. !8 is the total to date. 18 lives lost because one man felt entitled to decide who lived and died when they crossed his path. In times when we are already struggling, families now have this to contend with. How could anyone be so cruel and selfish! I'm heavy heartered, angry and deeply hurt, not because I'm personally affected, but because so many have been. I hope some of them will find solace in knowing that people across the globe are mourning with them, hold them in their hearts and willing to help as much as we can.
