I"ve been walking a lot more these days. With everything closed, especially my gym,itfinding activities that are enjoyable and keep me thinking positive are important. Walking also helps to calm my mind and it is helping me to get in better shape. On my walk today, it was sad to see how much garbage there was littering the streets. Everything from tim hortons cups, to abandoned grocery carts, were strewn about. I wonder why so many people treat this planet as their personal garbage can, and disresepct it so. It's not a wonder that things are the way they are. How can we expect to be healthy when we pollute the very oraganism that is supposed to sustain us....
